CJUK Chef Stories

Many of our interim Chefs, Cooks and Managers tell us that they were anxious about transitioning to temporary work from a permanent job, but since they did, they have never looked back.

Working with CJUK has improved lives, allowed them to explore their dreams, set up new businesses, given them time with their family on Christmas morning, or simply enabled them to go to their first ever concert.

Every day our team hears stories about what being part of the CJUK brigade means to them. Some are funny or inspiring, and others just very simply sum up the benefits of being part of the team. It isn’t just a stepping stone; it is a bona fide career choice!
