Situated with views overlooking Lake Windermere, our client is a boutique Hotel looking for a strong Chef-De-Partie to support their kitchen over the next couple of months.
You will be working with fresh, locally sourced produce in their 2AA Rosette restaurant but will also work in their banqueting kitchen, catering for the many weddings, functions and events that they have booked in this year.
Starting on 17th May, this role runs until at least the end of August but cover may be required longer dependent on business levels.
Rate: £11ph + holiday pay
Features: Contributions towards travelling expenses
Pay: Weekly through CJUK on a PAYE basis
Accommodation: Is on site in a hotel bedroom
