Our client, is a 4* Hotel based in North Yorkshire looking for a relief Sous Chef and Chef-de-Partie to join their team for an immediate start throughout the summer. They pride themselves on producing rosette standard home cooked food, using produce from ‘the estate’ such as wild salmon, trout, game. They have 2 kitchens one which serves the main restaurant and functions and the other that caters for their spa guests.
Accommodation is not available on this contract and ideally the person will have their own transport.
Locations: North Yorkshire
Sous Chef Rate: Up to £15 per hour plus holiday pay
Chef-de-Partie Rate: Up to £13 per hour plus holiday pay
Travel: A contribution towards daily travel
Pay: On a weekly basis paid by our client
