Located in North Yorkshire, this small Hotel is looking for a highly qualified Sous Chef to help run their busy kitchen. The site is an old coaching inn and still retains the open fires and wooden beams, which creates lovely surroundings to dine in.
The restaurant operates at a high standard and they have a real focus on creating seasonal dishes using the best Yorkshire produce they can find. The ideal candidate will pay close attention to detail and be happy to assist in designing menus using said ingredients. They must be confident in looking after more junior team members and happy to take control of the kitchen on the Head Chef’s days off.
