Meet The Team: Stacie Domanski-Tuckey, Senior Business Manager
Meet Stacie, a key member of the CJUK team. In our latest blog post, we’re sitting down with Stacie to find out more about her and her role recruiting and managing relief chefs at sites across the UK at our specialist temp recruitment agency.

I’m Stacie Domanski-Tuckey, and I’m the Senior Business Manager here at Chefs Jobs UK.
hOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED HERE?
Almost 11 years!
What do you like doing outside of work? Do you have any hobbies?
I spend a lot of time with my husband, family and dogs! We enjoy spending time outside, eating in cosy country pubs and going to the theatre!
What's your favourite thing about your job?
I enjoy finding solutions and solving problems for people - I love a challenge!
What helps you to work at your best?
Having autonomy - I love that I am trusted to do my job and make decisions about my business area, team, and desk!
What have you done for the first time this year?
Hired a motorhome . . . and discovered that I LOVE the van life!!
What's something people might not know about working here?
There are actually three separate companies in our family of businesses, all sharing the same office space - meaning that there is always somebody interesting to have a debate or interesting conversation with!
What three words would your friends or colleagues use to describe you?
Direct, fair and honest.
What topic (work-related or otherwise) could you give a presentation on without any preparation?
Dogs - I have two myself and went to Crufts last year - BEST EVENT EVER!
What’s a work-related achievement you’re really proud of?
I am really pleased about my recent promotion to Senior Business Manager which was based on building the CJUK business to a certain level. After the impact that the pandemic had on both the hospitality industry and recruitment as a whole, I feel really proud to have built the business back up!
