WHAT’S OUR SOLUTION?

Our flexible permanent recruitment fee helps you overcome this by splitting the recruitment charge over a period of time. You get the same premium level recruitment service but if the chef leaves, you just stop paying.

How it works

Once the recruitment fee is agreed, we divide the fee into 12 and invoice you once a week.

We split the recruitment fee over a period of time, meaning you get the same premium service but if the Chef leaves, you stop paying.

Essentially, you pay little and often for the first 3 months of employment, we know every match isn’t perfect so if the candidate doesn’t work out you we simply stop invoicing you. You only pay for the time the chef was with you, much like a temporary placement..
