Katie Mellor – Director of Sales & Operations @ CJUK

img_9072With over 7 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, including working at the Page Group, one of the largest recruitment businesses in the world, Katie leads the CJUK team on their mission to challenge the status quo.

She truly believes that there is #ABetterWay for Chefs to work in the hospitality industry and this ethos drives everything that CJUK team do, ensuring CJUK Chefs are paid for every hour they work, have a healthy work-life balance, have regular appraisals and are continually developing their skills and experience and more importantly recognised and rewarded for the work they do.

 Katie joined CJUK in 2013 where she set up a CJUK London division, now Director of Sales and Operations she moves between London and our HQ in the North.
